How is the license delivered?
After your order is completed, the license key and product download link are sent to the email address used during checkout.
What does a multi-user license mean?
A multi-user license uses one license key and allows the selected number of simultaneous users. For example, a 5-user license is delivered as one license key for up to 5 simultaneous users.
Do I receive one key or multiple keys?
You receive one license key for the selected license option. The number of simultaneous users is defined by the license purchased.
I did not receive my license email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If the email is not there, contact commercial@solidface.com with your order number and checkout email address.
Can I change the number of users after purchase?
Contact support as soon as possible. Changes may be limited after the license key has been issued or delivered.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed according to the Refund and Returns Policy. Because license keys are digital products, orders are generally not refundable after the license key has been issued or delivered.
Where can I download the installer?
The download link is included in the license delivery email sent after order completion.
