Digital Delivery Policy
SolidFace Drawing licenses are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
How delivery works
- The customer selects the desired license option during checkout.
- After the order is completed, the system assigns an available license key.
- The license key and product download link are sent to the checkout email address.
- The order record is updated with the delivery status.
Delivery timing
License delivery is usually automatic after order completion. Delivery may be delayed if payment is pending, held for review, declined, or if there is an email delivery issue.
Download link
The license email includes the product download link for the applicable SolidFace Drawing installer. The customer is responsible for downloading and storing the installer according to their needs.
Incorrect or missing email
If the checkout email address is incorrect, delivery may fail or be sent to the wrong address. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder and contact commercial@solidface.com with your order number.
License availability
Each license key is unique and assigned from the available inventory for the selected license option. If a license option is temporarily unavailable, the order may not be completed or delivery may require manual review.
