End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement explains the general terms for using SolidFace Drawing software licenses purchased through this website.
License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use SolidFace Drawing according to the license option purchased.
Multi-user licenses
A multi-user license allows up to the purchased number of simultaneous users. For example, a 3-user license allows up to 3 simultaneous users under one license key.
Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted in writing, the customer may not:
- Share, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the license key.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the software.
- Bypass license controls, activation systems, seat limits, or security mechanisms.
- Use the license for unauthorized commercial hosting, service bureau, or third-party access.
- Use the software in violation of applicable laws or export control rules.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. The purchase of a license does not transfer ownership of the software.
Activation and license management
The software may require activation, validation, internet access, server configuration, or license management tools. Unauthorized use or attempts to bypass license restrictions may result in suspension or termination of the license.
Updates and support
Updates, upgrades, maintenance, and support availability may depend on the license type purchased and the terms active at the time of purchase.
Termination
The license may terminate if the customer violates this agreement, fails to pay applicable fees, abuses the license system, or uses the software in an unauthorized manner. Upon termination, the customer must stop using the software and license key.
Disclaimer
The software is provided according to the applicable product documentation and license terms. Except where required by law, warranties are limited to those expressly provided in writing.
