These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of SolidFace Drawing digital licenses through this website.
Digital license purchase
SolidFace Drawing is sold as a digital software license. After payment and order completion, the customer receives a license key and download information by email.
License options
Multi-user licenses are sold by the number of simultaneous users selected during checkout. A multi-user license is delivered as one license key that allows the selected number of simultaneous users.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are displayed before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges may vary depending on location, payment method, and payment provider.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate billing and contact information.
- Confirm that the selected license option matches the required number of users.
- Confirm that the computer or network environment meets the published system requirements.
- Keep license keys confidential and prevent unauthorized sharing.
- Use the software according to the applicable license agreement.
Order completion and delivery
License delivery is normally automatic after an order is completed. Delivery may be delayed due to payment review, email deliverability issues, fraud prevention, technical issues, or incorrect customer information.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Returns Policy. Because license keys are digital products, orders are generally not refundable after the license key has been issued or delivered.
Support
Support is provided for order delivery, license key issues, and reasonable installation or activation questions. Support does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported hardware, third-party software, operating system modifications, or network restrictions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable license. The website and software are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages.
